Deluxe room with a great view. Beautiful and excellent location, right at the Yumani port. And very close to the lake, snowed mountains and the sunrise as well as Isla Del Sol.

Had lovely stay for the price. Brilliant and reasonably spacious units with a great view, a portable heater, as for instance, and the staff were pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served fab food. The location was amazing and right next to a port. Everything was simply perfect: )

We had a room with a nice bath and comfortable feather pillows on the beds, and the location by the lake was great.

Had a good stay for the price, glad I've chosen it. I've had brand-new and large room with fresh towels and a great view, for instance. The whole staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant. The location turned out to be stunning, just next door to Isla Del Sol, the lake front, and yumani...

The rooms were sparkly clean and gorgeous with an excellent view of the harbour, everything was perfect. Escalera del Inca was so close to the hotel, greatly enjoyed its location right by the shore.

Loved the free buffet breakfast! Laundry and restaurant were convenient. The beachfront location was beautiful. WiFi worked well. The tour desk helped me plan my activities. Breakfast was delicious.

Who needs an easy-to-find hotel anyway? It's much more fun wandering around aimlessly trying to locate it.

Great location, right by the harbor 🌊. the room was nicely furnished and quite spacious, offering an awesome view of the harbor that we couldn't get enough of and ended up chilling in all day long.

The bed/mattress was slightly worn or sagging, which made our sleep a bit less comfortable. It could be slightly confusing to figure out who was working at the hotel since there is no assigned receptionist.
